Includes everything within standard package, bi-weekly Zones from 25-35 weeks, weekly Zones from 35 weeks until delivery.
Foot Zoning is manipulation of the physical, emotional, and mental features of the body by applying specific pressures on the nerve endings of the feet. Zones often include essential oil therapy and emotional work.
During Pregnancy Support Visits we will go over basic birth education, learn comfort techniques, practice counter pressures, draft a birth plan etc. You also receive a Zone during your Pregnancy Support Visits.
